We the Phillies is an independent Philadelphia apparel and content brand. These terms cover your use of wethephillies.com and anything you buy from us.
Not affiliated with any team or league
We the Phillies is an independent fan brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by Major League Baseball, the Philadelphia Phillies, or any of their affiliates. All team names and league marks referenced anywhere are the property of their respective owners. Our designs are original work and carry no club marks.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We can decline or cancel any order — for example if an item is mispriced, or if we can't verify the billing or shipping details. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you get a full refund.
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. What you paid at checkout is what you owe.
Products and color
We photograph and describe everything as accurately as we can. Screens vary, and garment dye lots vary slightly between production runs, so exact color can differ a little from what you see on your monitor.

Your content
If you tag us or send us a photo, you're giving us permission to reshare it on our site and social channels with credit. Tell us if you'd rather we didn't and we'll take it down.

The designs, wordmark, photography, and written content on this site belong to We the Phillies. Don't reproduce them commercially without written permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
